Opals should be handled with care and have been known to change color over time, especially with repeated or prolonged exposure to harsh products/chemicals, moisture, and heat. Any change in color should be viewed as part of the stone's life cycle and not as a defect and there will be no returns, replacements, or repairs on the Opal stones. I am still happy to repair maker defects such as a disconnected chain, etc :)
