IT’S ALMOST TIME!
If this is the first remote launch you are participating in please create your studio account using the link at the bottom of this page. And please, make a note of the email you chose to use along with your password!
For returning studios you will be using the same account information ( login email & password ) as you did previously, there is no need to re-register. You will still need to confirm your participation with a quick reply to my registration email to confirm or your account will not be activated for launch day. On launch day if you are unable to log into your account, it is 99.9% of the time due to the use of an incorrect email linked to the account, or incorrect password. Please reset your password prior to reaching out to me about your account not working on launch day. :)
For everyone (including returning studios) please take a moment to read the launch info below. You are welcome to send any questions you may have regarding any of the details below when confirming your participation via email.
Your login will become active beginning on THURSDAY November 7th at 11 am MST
It will remain active until 10 pm MST on FRIDAY November 8th
Your account will not become active until the date and time noted above. This means you will not be able to login until that time. Please do not send me multiple messages prior to the above date and time about how you are not able to login.
*Please keep my launch morning post up on Instagram (and refresh it periodically) when preparing to login. This allows me to communicate with all of you at once on the status of activation on the website and if there are technical issues we are encountering. That way you can be up to date on if a login issue you are having is related to your account, or if it is a technical issue we are working through.
A FEW DETAILS:
*Repairs*
I am happy to fix issues that come up related to "manufacturer" defects!
Repairs should continue to be sent to:
Pupil Hall
2995 55th St, #17817
Boulder, CO 80308
*Please do not send me your clients general maintenance repairs. These types of repairs should be referred to a trusted local jeweler in your city. A solid clue as to what is a maintenance repair and a client induced repair is the length of time the piece has been owned and in the care of your client. Manufacturer defects often will happen within a shorter period of time to when it was purchased. Examples of maintenance repairs: If they need hinge maintenance after a long period of wear, or from not lining up a ring properly before applying pressure to close it, or seam reshaping, etc these are all things a jeweler in your neighborhood would be able to service in a very timely manner. Please feel free to continue to send me your chain repairs as this is more specialized and not something a local jeweler may be set up to do. I am happy to help with your pins too!
*25 piece benchmark*
With launches only taking place twice a year, it is important as one of the limited participants to aim for a 25 piece minimum when placing your order. With the amount of detailed work that goes into facilitating this event and every individual order associated with it, this is the minimum that allows these launches to work at this time. I understand all studios are different, and I do not want to create hardship for anyone so please reach out to me directly over DM if you feel in advance you may have difficulty meeting this benchmark. If this is the second time you will not be able to meet the benchmark, then you're launch space will need to be handed off to a studio on the waitlist.
*This registration email address is not for sharing*
Please do not give this email address to anyone even if they are your friends. It is only to be used by verified studios who have been placed on the waitlist by me personally via instagram and to also manage the launch registration process. I do not check this email account between launch windows. This also means if you have other questions such as what to do with a repair, you are welcome to DM me over instagram. I do prioritize communication with all participating studios and am typically able to give you a pretty quick answer! It's the non participating studios that receive slower response times to general inquires. Most often answers to these general inquiries by other folks can be found in the body of my posts, or on my FAQ page.
*Your login will become inactive once you place your order*
This means there will be ONE ORDER per studio. Please plan accordingly and take your time to review your order before submitting it. There will be no adjustments or additions once your order is submitted. Payment will be taken via the website, so you will also need to be prepared with your studio’s credit card info when submitting your order.
*A quick and important note on PH website photos*
The images on the backend of my site are the property/work of another studio that I have made an arrangement with to use. This means they are unfortunately not 100% mine to allow everyone to use for their websites and other social content. I try to get all your orders out into the mail as quickly as possible so that you have the time you need to take some great photos in your own branded and creative styles. I truly love seeing what you all put together and try my best to repost original content of yours as much as possible! I am always hunting for clean and clear photos that I can share of your work. :)
*Each product will have retail pricing noted with it*
This info can be found on your invoice. Please use this as your guide when pricing my work in your studio.
*Orders will be mailed about a week after you submit it*
All the products on the site are complete and ready to ship! It is just a matter of where your studio is in the queue and how quickly we can get it pulled!
*In the event you have a change in plans regarding your ability to participate*
Please let me know! If you confirm and do not end up placing an order I will need to place you back onto the waitlist for future launches. The launch inventory my team and I make is designed around a certain studio headcount and purchase history so I want to make sure that as many studios that would like to participate can. I know plans change and wild things happen so it is totally ok if you can't hop in, just pretty please let me know so I can get someone else in. :) If you confirm and no show, your launch space will be given to another studio on the waitlist for future launches.
*For international studios: please select international shipping with your appropriate country at checkout. Once orders are in the mail and on their way to you, it is your responsibility to work with your local customs department to facilitate the delivery of your package when applicable. All appropriate and detailed/itemized custom's forms are attached directly to the package when it is placed in the mail.
